Shipping Policy

Replacement Only: Replacements are allowed within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or incorrect. No returns or refunds are accepted.

Eligibility: Must share valid proof (unboxing video/photos) within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Replaceable Items: Installed hygiene products (e.g., hand dryers, soap dispensers), consumables (e.g., sanitizer cartridges), custom items, gift cards, and clearance stock are not eligible.
